Italian Macedonia Di Frutta
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- a handful fresh mint
Instructions
- Slice the banana and place it in a bowl.
- Add the chopped apple, the peeled sliced kiwi fruit and slice the strawberries length-wise after removing the piths.
- Now add the washed blueberries and toss everything gently.
- Lastly, add the lemon juice and finely chopped mint and toss again, then serve immediately.
