We shall introduce ourselves – Simona & Cristina.
Sisters, best friends, and partners in crime. We are two-thirds of a trio (hey, Fred!) of sisters who have bonded over the years over their love of food.
Italians, we have lived in London, UK, for 12+ years.
We relocated back to Italy at the end of 2022 with the hope of making blogging our full-time job! We love food. And we love travelling. But also writing and sharing with our community of people.
Who’s behind this website?
Simona, the eldest.
30-something-year-old, she is the cook in the family. Loves to talk about food, eating food and just all around being food. Animal Crossing fanatic, and lover of all things Gilmore Girls, do not touch her coffee. Or try to serve her decaf, she’ll know. She is the proud mummy of a sausage dog named Otis.
Cristina, the baby.
In her late 20s, she is not averse to cooking the food but prefers to eat said food. Mummy to Miso the Whippet, wants to travel Italy by car, road trip style, from north to south. Has sarcasm to sell for years, and loves a good argument with Fred.
