Easy pandoro  farcito

Pandoro farcito is an easy and quick dessert you can whip up in minutes and you can also customise it as quickly as you can say yum!  Using a leftover pandoro you can make a tasty Christmas dessert to wow your guests!

Pandoro is a fluffy, star-shaped cake, dusted with powdered sugar, that resembles a Christmas tree ornament. The name Pandoro translates to golden bread.

Legend has it that Pandoro was created by a baker named Domenico Melegatti. He was inspired by a traditional Veronese cake known as nadalin, a simple, flat, and round cake typically enjoyed during the Christmas season.  However, Melegatti decided to take this tradition and elevate it to new heights and its now renowed all around the world.
