ALMOND CREAM LIQUEUR RECIPE

The almond cream liqueur is a delicious homemade drink made with almond cream, vodka and dairy.

It’s silky, rich and nutty, just enough with that end kick that comes from the vodka. Perfect as a homemade gift too!

INGREDIENTS

almond cream white sugar full-fat cream 35% fat minimum whole milk vodka

STEP 1

Mix sugar, milk, cream and almond cream in a pot and bring it to a boil. Let it cool completely and add the vodka.

STEP 2

Transfer to a bottle, let it rest and then serve your homemade almond cream liqueur!

Drink as it is Add to coffee Stir into hot chocolate Pour over ice Drizzle over ice cream Stir into custards or panna cotta Use in frangipane filling Add to granita
